Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
- We will contact you via email or text if there is a significant delay in your shipment.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days for domestic delivery.
- Overnight or expedited delivery options are available for an additional fee at checkout.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
- This email will contain your unique tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of generation.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Uraflow is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
- Uraflow is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
- If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
- We currently ship to select international locations.
- International delivery times vary by destination and typically take 7–21 business days.
